As the founder of Sacred Awaken (formerly Heavenly Vibrations), I am dedicated to guiding others toward healing, empowerment, and overall well-being.
My mission is to connect with higher levels of consciousness through psychic mediumship and channeling, serving as a conduit for universal energy to facilitate profound healing across the mind, body, and emotions. I offer holistic health coaching to support clients in achieving physical and emotional wellness, empowering them to take charge of their health and create a balanced, vibrant life.
In addition to personal coaching, I provide classes that help individuals tap into and develop their intuitive abilities, fostering self-awareness and personal growth. As a grief counselor, I assist individuals through the healing process of loss, helping them find hope, meaning, and peace. As a sound therapist, I offer both private and group sound bath sessions, using the therapeutic power of sound to restore balance and vitality.

Purpose
With over 30 years of professional experience, I have embraced my roles as a psychic medium, spiritual and psychic teacher, energy healer, health coach, and a catalyst for the awakening journeys of fellow lightworkers.

I have the ability to connect with a range of energies, including those of departed loved ones, guides, and the energetic fields of people and animals.
One of my unique skills is perceiving, restoring, and balancing energy fields, regardless of location, for both individuals and animals.
I’ve also helped activate many clients to speak light language, clear energetic blockages, including attachments from earthbound energies, to support their overall well-being—enhancing their mental, physical, and emotional health.
Education & Experience
My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology (1990), Associate's Degree in Nursing (1994), and a Master's Degree in Nursing (2001), with specialized training in sound/vibrational healing, Reiki, energy medicine, health and life coaching, grief counseling, mediumship, and spirit and entity removals.
As a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, and seasoned Psychic Medium, I've taught in diverse educational settings, including home infusion, nursing school, adult and pediatric advanced life support, CPR, Reiki, and psychic development.
I also have a diverse medical background, including emergency nursing, pediatric and neonatal intensive care, flight nursing, and infusion therapy.
