The New Moon is a natural time for quiet renewal—an invitation to listen inward, plant fresh intentions, and realign your field. In this session, I will guide you through a sound meditation using crystal bowls, chimes, light language (sacred tongues), and vibrational tones that help recalibrate your system on every level. ✨ Let the frequencies: Clear out energetic residue from the past cycle Support nervous system release and heart coherence Activate a blank canvas for your inner knowing to rise This is a space to receive, rest, and reconnect.
