Welcome to Sacred Awaken™. By engaging with this website, scheduling a session, purchasing a product, or participating in any offerings associated with Sacred Awaken™, you agree to the following terms and disclaimers.

1. Spiritual Guidance & Energy Work Disclaimer​

All services provided by Sacred Awaken are for spiritual guidance, personal insight, and educational purposes only.

Psychic readings, mediumship, and mentoring sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Michelle Niver does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or mental health condition. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretations of the information provided during sessions.

2. Terms of Use​

By accessing www.sacredawaken.com and psychicnurse.com or participating in any associated content, you agree:

• Not to reproduce, redistribute, or resell any materials, transmissions, or session content without written permission.

• Not to teach or present any method derived from Sacred Awaken™ as your own.

• To engage with this work in integrity, understanding that it is a sacred transmission.

Sacred Awaken™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or offering at any time.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice​

​

Sacred Light Code Activation® and Sacred Soul Transition® are original healing modalities created and founded by Michelle Niver, developed through years of spiritual practice, channeled guidance, and professional experience. These names and methods — including their structure, transmission process, language, energetic framework, and branding — are proprietary works and official trademarks of Sacred Awaken LLC.

These marks are being used with intent to establish and protect their distinct identity under U.S. trademark law.

Only individuals who have received official training and written certification from Sacred Awaken™ are authorized to facilitate or teach Sacred Light Code Activation® or Sacred Soul Transition®

​

Unauthorized use, teaching, or representation of these methods — under these or deceptively similar names — constitutes trademark infringement and may be subject to legal action.

​

All written content, course materials, videos, audios, session structures, graphics, and digital downloads provided by Sacred Awaken™ are the intellectual property of Sacred Awaken LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit written consent.

4. Session & Appointment Policy​​

​

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client.

​

A non-refundable $35 reservation deposit is required to hold your appointment and will be applied toward the session price. Any remaining balance must be paid prior to the session beginning.

​

Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is given.

​

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows.

​

In order to provide the best service to all clients, sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

​

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

All sales are final after the service has been completed.

A 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee will be charged for refunds. NO fee is charged if you need to reschedule before the 24-hour cutoff.

5. Private Class Policy

​

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to reserve your private class date and time.

Private classes are scheduled specifically for you and require dedicated preparation time. Because of this, class payments are non-refundable.

​

If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours before your scheduled class time.

One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice and must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

​

Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed classes, or no-shows are non-refundable and may not be transferred to a future date.

​

All sales are final once the class has started.

​

Class materials, recordings, and replay access, if provided, are for the registered participant only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, reproduced, or resold.

​

By registering for a private class, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

​

6. Light Language Group, Circles & Events Policy

​

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time are refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

​

If you are unable to attend live, you will still receive access to the session replay when a replay is provided.

​

Recordings, materials, and replay access are for the registered participant only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, reproduced, or resold.

By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

7. Digital Downloads Policy​

​

All digital downloads, sound meditations, and frequency recordings sold through Sacred Awaken™ are final sale — No returns or exchanges. Because these files are instantly accessible upon purchase, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not available once your order is completed.
