1. Spiritual Guidance & Energy Work Disclaimer

The services, sessions, and information offered through Sacred Awaken™, including but not limited to Sacred Light Code Activation™ and Sacred Soul Transition™, are spiritual and energetic in nature. These offerings are intended to support personal awakening, emotional release, energetic alignment, and spiritual transformation.

They are not a substitute for licensed medical care, psychological treatment, or professional mental health services. Always consult your healthcare provider for any physical or mental health concerns.

Results vary by individual. There are no guarantees of specific outcomes, and your participation signifies that you take full responsibility for your own healing journey.

2. Terms of Use

By accessing www.sacredawaken.com and psychicnurse.com or participating in any associated content, you agree:

• Not to reproduce, redistribute, or resell any materials, transmissions, or session content without written permission.

• Not to teach or present any method derived from Sacred Awaken™ as your own.

• To engage with this work in integrity, understanding that it is a sacred transmission.

 

Sacred Awaken™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or offering at any time.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice

Sacred Light Code Activation® and Sacred Soul Transition® are original healing modalities created and founded by Michelle Niver, developed through years of spiritual practice, channeled guidance, and professional experience. These names and methods — including their structure, transmission process, language, energetic framework, and branding — are proprietary works and official trademarks of Sacred Awaken LLC.

These marks are being used with intent to establish and protect their distinct identity under U.S. trademark law.

Only individuals who have received official training and written certification from Sacred Awaken™ are authorized to facilitate or teach Sacred Light Code Activation® or Sacred Soul Transition®

Unauthorized use, teaching, or representation of these methods — under these or deceptively similar names — constitutes trademark infringement and may be subject to legal action.

All written content, course materials, videos, audios, session structures, graphics, and digital downloads provided by Sacred Awaken™ are the intellectual property of Sacred Awaken LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit written consent.

4. Session & Cancellation Policy

​

For cancellations with less than 24-hour notice and no-shows, the full price of the session will be charged. Contact me at michelle@sacredawaken.com at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid being charged.

All sales are final after the service has been completed.

A 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee will be charged for refunds. NO fee is charged if you need to reschedule before the 24-hour cutoff.

Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment. In order to provide the best service to all clients, all sessions start and end promptly on time, even if you are late. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their session without a refund.
 

Digital products, activations, or downloads are non-refundable due to their energetic nature.

 

Nonpayment Policy: All sessions must be paid in advance to reserve your appointment. In rare cases where a session is conducted without prior payment (due to booking error or courtesy exception), a $5 per day nonpayment fee will be applied starting on the date of service until the full balance is received. Future sessions will not be held until the outstanding balance is resolved.

5. Digital Downloads Policy

​

All digital downloads, sound meditations, and frequency recordings sold through Sacred Awaken™ are final sale — No returns or exchanges. Because these files are instantly accessible upon purchase, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not available once your order is completed.
