Cancellation Policy
In-Person Classes Payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, your payment may be applied to a future class with at least 48 hours’ notice. You may request up to two reschedules per class. Online Classes Payment in full is required at the time of booking. All online class sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of live attendance. If you cannot attend the live session, you will automatically receive the class recording (replay). Replay access fulfills the class purchase. General Terms Refunds, when approved under extraordinary circumstances, are subject to a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee. There is no fee for timely reschedules within the stated notice period. All sales are final once the class date has passed or replay access has been delivered. By registering for a class, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
